The Hurden Looker book Fair is coming. November 11-15, students will shop the book fair during their media center time. The fair will also be open during conferences for parents to shop as well. After the amazing breast cancer walk at Hurden Looker Elementary School, all students in the ESL classes at Hurden Looker were gifted bookbags with supplies! Hurden Looker Elementary School hosted a wonderful breast cancer awareness walk earlier this afternoon (10/25/2024)! Students wore pink and walked around the perimeter of the Hurden Looker school building. The event culminated with students lining up in the playground and forming the shape of a breast cancer awareness ribbon! Hurden Looker had an amazing assembly on October 23rd, 2024. Prismatic Magic came to share the message of the kindness quest! Kindness Quest blends music and teamwork to explore awareness, empathy, and compassion. Students embark on an engaging laser journey that highlights the importance of community and friendship! They encounter the larger-than-life laser character Max Bravado, who brings learning to life with puzzles, games, and stunning optical illusions. Hillside Public Schools' 2nd Annual Hispanic Heritage Month Festival (9/21/2024) was a huge success!
